Kei Seung Tong also known as Chi Hsiang Tang was born on November 11, 1919 in Foshan, Guangdong, China. He is known for his work on Our Sister Hedy (1957), Father Takes a Bride (1963) and Between Tears and Laughter (1960). He died on May 3, 2007 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
